I am a State licensed Home Inspector and did thousands of inspections since 1996, including Commercial and Industrial buildings, also a former Construction Specialist in one of the Banks in Chicago area for 13 years monitoring and inspecting a Rehab Construction loan disbursement.

I have a strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Building Inspection and Rehabilitation. I completed my Residential and Building Technician course at Inspection Technology Institute in Naperville, Illinois. I was a Housing/Building Inspector for (CHAC) CHICAGO SEC. – 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for eleven years. My career started in renovation, construction, maintenance and managing of properties. More so, my genuine interest in housing and personal approach to clients makes me a competent and reliable inspector.
