Conducted Housing Quality Standard (HQS) inspection and completed reports on all assisted units while adhering to program guidelines of Housing Urban Development (HUD). Documented a narrative inspection report regarding unit conditions. Inspection reports includes; exterior, common hallways, interior units, basement and laundry room accessible to participants, and all other rooms which the tenant has an access.
