Willie, Is my go to inspector.  I don’t always love 100% everything in his report however, I know that he’ll not only tell my buyers what’s wrong with the asset but more importantly, what’s right with it.  Typically he’ll say this isn’t a bad deal but this needs a second opinion or a closer look by a specialist.  He has years of experience and a solid approach. Willie is a very detailed, thorough, knowledgeable, and experienced commercial real estate inspector. He is always punctual, kind, positive, explains his findings in detail, and points out overlooked issues that can soon turn into major problems. His reports are very detailed, comprehensive and include a lot of photos, valuable suggestions, and estimates for repairs. He’s been in the business for a few decades and has a lot of experience as a city inspector, construction specialist, housing inspector, and commercial inspector.
