RESIDENTIAL INSPECTION:

Conducted a visual inspections on the readily accessible areas of single property houses, condominiums, townhouses, and buildings with four units or less, to inform and alert the client on the current condition and major deficiencies of the property. Evaluated properties and generated inspection reports for home buyers, sellers, investors, and realtors. Identified issues with properties for potential buyers and sellers and recommended repairs.
The computerized reports will include the following, structural condition and basement, electrical plumbing, water heater, heating and cooling, kitchen, and built in appliances, general interior, including ceilings, walls, windows, insulation, and ventilation, general exterior, including roof, gutter, chimney, drainage and grading.
