How do I begin to tell my story to say that “God,” ordered my steps! Buying a home is a daunting task in itself and being a woman buying a house well that alone is a test in endurance and persistence. My believe is that “God,” places person in your life for a reason, and out of the hundreds of Home Inspectors in the City of Chicago I was referred to Mr. Germino, Inspector by Mr. Leon Hamilton, an Appraiser by profession, and who is an outstanding person in his own right. The very first time I spoke to Willie I like him right away, he was upright and direct about the process and what I need to know and exactly what he would do for me. Yes, I am one of those kinds of women I need to understand everything I must have asked a million questions, maybe two million what, when, how and why, but Willie answered them all and in a terms that i could understand.
At the inspection he found things that I beleive would have been overlook by another inspector, sometimes it is the little things, whichcould have been costly for me later. “Willie,” took over and spoke to the Seller about the repairs the codes and why the repairs better be made.
I call him “Willie” because ha has become my friend. It’s hard to trust people in this day and age and I’m from the old school, where your word is your “BOND” that means a lot to me i the words he worked for me not the “SELLER.”
